Very pleasant and fast!!

The process was smooth from start to finish, from finding the right truck to the paperwork to the pickup.

I arrived early for my apptmt and was waited on immediately. Service team was very professional, called me when my vehicle service was completed and explained what they did once I arrived back to the dealership.

Had a problem with a check engine light on my 2021 Blazer. The service dept did a great job of fixing this issue in a timely manor. One of the best service departments i have ever dealt with. AAA+++ rating. Would deal with them anytime. Great job!!!

The dealership is good. The service is excellent but with that engine deal recall they had to put different oil in my car and I have to pay $180 for the oil change because you put different oil in my car. I think GM should be liable for that.

I scheduled it on the app and my wife took it in.. it all took about 30 minutes.. very convenient and affordable.. the experience was better than taking it to a "20-minute chain oil change" business. And inexpensive with reliable, professional attendants.

My name is Mary Anne, I was a Buick owner for over forty years. My changes were always followed with my car being washed and waiting for me to get into. The cost seemed extremely high for a routine visit

1st coupon offered transmission service for $179.00 but the service cost me $199.00 coupon was not honored.. 2nd I had to return to the dealership because of a transmission leak which should of been detected during test drive.. Which I think was never conducted, however the the problem was corrected in a timely manner

For the first time in over 15+ years going to Lou Wollams I felt like I was taken advantage of! I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change with absolutely no problems. When I got my vehicle back, the engine came on. When I asked about it, they gave me a code of what was wrong and I needed to bring it back. When I took my vehicle back, I was told everything would be covered by GM, since it's a lease, except if a rodent got in there and chewed wires. They didn't let me know what was wrong until they took apart parts and then proceeded to tell me that a rodent did chew a wire! (Coincidence??) Stating it would cost me 500 something to fix. When I said I couldn't do that, they told me I owed $194 because they took my car apart and had to put it back together. Not to mention the two months that their body shop had it sitting outside waiting for parts due to my being rear-ended back in October 2024. I am very disappointed! 😔

BEST SERVICE TEAM EVER!!!

Wollam Chevrolet has one of the best service departments in Ohio, they always treat me with respect no matter what I need done.

They didn't charge me the initial price quoted because they didn't have to check anything electronically. So it was cheaper than I expected. And I didn't have to sit in the waiting area too long.

The body shop went above and beyond by detailing my truck I know it probably included in my bill but they didn't have to and the staff was exceptional

The dealership service was fine. No issues but my issue is the fact that after I had the car fixed, you guys sent me a coupon to use after the fact of getting the car fixed. What good was that for me? So I spent a lot of money on Tuesday November 11 and then received a coupon for the same exact thing that you fixed,on Friday November 14.

polite, efficient

My vehicle was serviced well and the folks I encountered were friendly and helpful. My car was damaged while in the shop. The damage was repaired but I wasn’t told until after. I would have preferred to be told when it happened and given the opportunity to view the damage before the body shop did their repairs.

I'm treated with great respect and it's a pleasant atmosphere.
